REGIONAL MANAGER
We are seeking for an organized, energetic, and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our
sales team in different branches. In this role, you will oversee staff, provide training and create
strategies to meet sales targets and control quality in your assigned region.
Our ideal candidate has a strong history of successful sales management, possesses innate
leadership qualities, excels in maintaining client and staff relationships, and has a real passion for
leading and developing teams.
Requirements and Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• 3+ years of relevant experience in banking, insurance or Microfinance industry
• History of success in building a regional market
• Natural leader with proven management skills
• Flexible schedule and able to travel
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish clear sales objectives for each team member.
• Create a distinct sales process and marketing strategies for sales managers and reps to
follow
• Educate sales team on new or upcoming products and services
• Continually monitor and track regional sales performance
• Ensuring adherence to the credit processes and compliance.
• Analyse monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management
• Assisting in hiring, training, and development of sales team members.
